Some of Ganevat’s oldest vines (80 years plus) make up this Beaujolais Gamay–Jurassic variety blend. 5 week vinification (carbonic maceration à l’ancienne) in tronconic cuves. No sulfur is added, no fining or filtration, indigenous yeasts. 10 month elevage.
